HERZ GmbH Kunststoff- und Wärmetechnologie is a leading company in the fields of developing and manufacturing of devices, machines and accessories for plastics processing and for process heat. We have been active in many European countries for more than 50 years. In order to be able to maintain our successful course in the future, we are looking for one for our location in Warsaw / Poland
Your tasks
- Strategic, technical and commercial management and expansion of the sales and service location in Warsaw / Poland
- Personnel and sales responsibility as well as contact person for authorities and tax consultants
- Guaranteeing the technical, cost-effective and timely development of the location
- Control of the sustainability of all customer satisfaction measures at the site
- Internal and external interface management and maintenance of internal company communication
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship / studies in the commercial field with a strong technical affinity
- Many years of relevant professional experience including management practice
- Diplomatic skills, empathy and communicative strength
- Innovative and constructive mindset
- Excellent entrepreneurship, enthusiastic and able to motivate others
- Very good Polish and German language
