Defect device? - No Problem!

Send us your defective or maintenance-required welding machines, hand tools, extruders, etc.

Upon request, we can provide you with a cost estimate for a chargeable fee. You then decide how you would like us to proceed with your device.

The flat fee will be credited if the cost estimate is followed by a repair order or if a new device is purchased instead of carrying out the repair.

Thanks to our large spare parts inventory, we are able to repair many devices quickly and return them promptly.

Please send the devices to your nearest HERZ- service-center after registering the repair.
